I've lived at San Tropez for over 3 years and haven't had thoughts of moving anywhere else. It's a great location, being right next to the Green Belt and close to plenty of restaurants and bars. They take pets and within 10 minutes of 3 different dog parks. The grounds are very nice with a great pool and I love the layout of my apartment...

San Tropez is in the best location! You're near the highway, you have Old Town Scottsdale a few miles north, then Tempe marketplace (I am obsessed with this place!) a little down south! Having the green belt in the back of the property has been awesome for me to walk my pup around and meet a few other residents. We have weekly resident events thrown by the Apartment Life team and they are the absolute best, I love seeing them around the property they make me feel like I am at home.

The property is beautiful! Other perks of the property are the awesome pool area, gym and volleyball courts. It is close to old town and 10-15 minutes from airport. The office staff is very nice and helpful. The maintenance team is great at what they do and get service requests done in a timely manner. People that live on the property are great people and look out for one another. Lots of dog owners. Awesome place.

Best bang for your buck in Scottsdale! Amazing, quiet complex in a great location. San Tropez has much larger apartments than most in this area. Golf, great food, and parks are right out back. Not to mention, the pool is amazing! Thank you for a great year!
